Report a problem, or suggest something
Tell whoever runs Readout what isn’t working, or what you wish it did.
Menu → Help sends a problem or an idea, in your own words, to whoever runs Readout. It sends
what the app knows of how things were going, such as the device and whether it was captioning, but
never what was said.
What you’ve sent is listed there too, with how each stands and the answer, which comes by email
as well.
